📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days across most locations in India.

  • We ship via trusted courier partners to ensure your ghee arrives fresh and intact.

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once your order is dispatched so you can track it easily.

📍Delivery Coverage

  • We ship PAN India to all major cities, towns, and most rural areas.

  • In case your pin code is not serviceable, our team will get in touch to find the best alternative.

💰Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select locations with an additional fee as per provider.

❗Delays & Order Issues

  • While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or other unforeseen factors.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at gaugopalghee@gmail.com or +91 6353 918 928 with your order ID.

📦 Damaged or Incomplete Orders

  • If your order is delivered damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly share photos of the package and product at gaugopalghee@gmail.com, and we will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund as applicable.
